• All properties will be completely sanitized after each departure
• We wash all our laundry up to 90°
• We add alcohol gel in our welcome kit

You, for us

• Keep a distance of at least 1 meter from the staff
• Cover nose and mouth in case of coughing or sneezing
• Wash your hand frequently with soap or alcohol–based gel
• Notify the facility and the competent health authorities if you have flu symptoms

You can cancel your reservation. If you do it within 4 weeks of check-in you will be refunded, otherwise you will not receive any refund.

Tourist tax apply to all reservations.

• You must be age 18+ to book a room.

• Our offers cannot be combined with other offers.

• You can only pay with PayPal, bank transfer and credit cards:
     

• You can check-in from 4pm to 8pm.

• You can check-out by 10am.

• For security purposes, all guests must provide a valid ID upon check-in.

• It’s forbidden to smoke inside the whole residence.
In case of violation we apply the Law N°. 584 ART. 1 of 11/11/1975-D.P.M. 14/12/1995 as
supplemented by ART. 52, paragraph 20, of Law N ° 448 of 28/12/2001 and referred to
by ART. 51, paragraph 5, of Law N ° 3 of 16/01/2003 with State-Region agreement of
16/12/2004 and approved by Law N. 311 of 30/12/2004 and financial 2005.

Violators of the prohibition are subject to administrative fines ranging from € 27.50 to €275.00 reduced payment of € 55.00.
The penalty doubles if you transgress when there’s pregnant woman or infants or children upto the age of 12.
